This meeting ensures complete clarity on expectations, deliverables, and next steps before design work officially begins.

In the Concept Design phase, we transform ideas into a cohesive creative vision. This includes developing mood boards, space planning concepts, material palettes, and preliminary furniture and lighting selections. Our goal is to establish the overall look, feel, and functionality of the space while ensuring every detail reflects your lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.

Once the concept is approved, we refine every aspect of the design with technical precision. This phase includes detailed floor plans, elevations, custom millwork drawings, finish selections, and finalized specifications for furnishings, fixtures, and materials. We carefully coordinate every design element to create a seamless and highly personalized result.

We manage the sourcing, ordering, and tracking of all approved furnishings, materials, and décor items on your behalf. Our team coordinates with trusted vendors and suppliers to ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery. By overseeing the procurement process from start to finish, we help create a smooth and stress-free client experience.

Throughout construction and implementation, we oversee the project to ensure the design is executed according to plan. This includes coordinating with contractors, trades, and vendors, conducting site visits, reviewing progress, and addressing any unforeseen challenges. Our hands-on management ensures every detail is completed with care, efficiency, and attention to quality.

The final installation phase is where the design comes to life. Our team carefully coordinates furniture placement, styling, artwork installation, and finishing touches to create a polished and cohesive space. We handle every detail to ensure your home feels complete, functional, and beautifully curated from the moment you walk in.
